Dear Facepunch, You're probably the worst ones to go to but my dad isn't answering his phone. Basically I want to restore a car, they are a bit rusted, and only one of them actually runs, however that ones $1000 over the rest. 1967 Ford Mustang $4,600, nothing under the hood based on the price, but i'm gonna check with the owner. 1972 Chevy Camaro Nothing under the hood, $5,500 1968 Pontiac GTO $6,850, runs but barely and needs a huge restoration Which ones gonna make me feel the coolest facepunch?
I think they all look dumb, excluding the first one. Get a new luxury car.
Get a tricycle, it'll make you much cooler.
The most expensive, don't forget the noise and spoiler.
First! :3: For people who voted dumb i ment the first car not post :v:
Not a fan of the Pontiac's grill, Ford Mustang is more common than McDonalds and Camaro looks like a bentley and a cortina had a horrific transmogrifier accident
The first one
I'd say go for the Mustang. The GTO doesn't look bad either thought.
In My Opinion, I think that the Camaro is the best choice. I think it looks the best.
First i gotta ask you: A: Do you have ANY mechanical experience? B: Do you even have a drivers license, and for how long? C: Do you have a backup plan, when it all (most likely) screws up midways?

I just don't want a 16 year old kid who doesn't know the difference between a torque wrench and a spanner to restore a car, and drive it afterwards.
Nothing under the good? You're getting gypped if those cars have no engines.
Nothing under the good? You're getting gypped if those cars have no engines.
Not really, considering the other listings we're around $20-40k with engines in them, not to mention that me and my dad have a buddy that can help us assemble one. There's plenty of places down in Florida where you can get a decent engine for cheap.
You could also look into a '65 mustang?
You could also look into a '65 mustang?
Didn't find one cheap enough, mind sending me in the direction?
I'd go with the Mustang.
Didn't find one cheap enough, mind sending me in the direction?
I would but sadly I do not know a place to get a decent one. It was merely a suggestion to look into it, but i see that you have already done that.
Get the last one.
Mustang.
the one who needs restoration is out of question if you ask me my thoughts about it. Go for the Mustang. It's kewl.
Go buy a Honda and rice it out.
Go buy a Honda and rice it out.
I'm not mexican.
If you can somehow get that Mustang, even though it has (define nothing), under the hood for $4,600... Then you're lucky as shit. Wish I had one. Put everything you have into the engine first, then strip the paint and repaint it silver w/ black racing stripes and name her Eleanor.
Nice job getting a joke.
what joke?
I say go for that Camaro. Just make sure it doesn't have much rust on the vital parts.
The GTO. Restore that and it is worth at least $20,000. Do a good job and it's $50,000.
The GTO. Restore that and it is worth at least $20,000. Do a good job and it's $50,000.
Possibly, I'm not really looking to sell it after, maybe just a car that I can drive on the weekends.
I think they all look dumb, excluding the first one. Get a new luxury car.
What the fuck is wrong with you? Classic American cars are the coolest thing ever.
