What are you going to use it for? What resolution?
Gaming. 1920 x 1080 or 2x 1920 x 1080
I think the PSU is a bit overkill. I suggest getting this : CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V - $144 This one has an average of 5 stars from 660 reviews vs. average of 4 stars from 18 reviews.
Can you link us what websites you used to pick out your parts in Australia? Also Gunski, he can't buy from Newegg and most overseas markets don't have the same selection that the USA has.

Here you go: CPU: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=187_346_1184&products_id=20138 ($235) Heatsink: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=207_23_845&products_id=18670 ($36) Mobo: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=138_711_1183&products_id=19867 ($150) Memory: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=186_538_913&products_id=15938 ($50) HDD: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_344&products_id=13660 ($110) SSD: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=210_902_1370&products_id=20429 ($110) GPU: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=193_1309&products_id=20995 ($480) PSU: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=15_354&products_id=17211 ($112) Case: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_31&products_id=18722 ($110) Dvd Drive: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=11487 ($21) This will be a very solid build, but a couple of notes. 1. Unless you are doing a lot of sound capturing or need very high definition sounds, then a sound card is not necessary. Most mobo companies do a good job with integrated sound these days. I honestly can't tell the difference. 2. The Radeon HD 7970Ghz is better than a GTX680 if you are going to overclock it. It also performs better at higher resolutions. If you aren't going to overclock however, then get a GTX670 like this one.
