Alright, so I've had this PC for about 4 years now, not really enough money to upgrade it to anything better yet, though I've been running low on hard drive space for the last year and got sick of constantly deleting things.
My solution? Buying a new 2 TB HDD (3.5"), and a 120GB SSD (w/ 3.5" converter).
What I failed to realize, having had a prebuilt for the last 4 years, was that I had no idea that the case it's in used rather unique HDD Rails:

(I have everything I need to use the other two hard drives, just haven't been able to mount them into the case.)
I emailed both IbuypowerPC (whom it was purchased from) and NZXT, it's been about 2 weeks and I haven't had a response.
what do.
Can you make a picture of it?
Of what specifically? I linked to the exact case, which has a picture of about 6 of the HDD rails lined up in a row that you can zoom in on, as well as an image of the bottom most HDD rack that they get housed in.
Apparently a bunch of NZXT's Customer Service departments aren't available right now.
I've got the exact same ones as you, and they're a piece of shit to fit in
There's a small vertical clip (1), you push that up to unlock the slider (2), which pushes one way to release the drive, and the other to insert it

The other set may slide in a different direction but it's essentially the same thing.
The drives should just slide in easily, there's little platforms that it sits on, the hard part is locking them
Small pins should slide out and go into the screw holes on the drive, which was a bitch for me to line up with my SSD bracket. They should eventually go in with some patience
Oh, yeah, those slider things are annoying as fuck.
I thought they were pretty great. I got those in my first gen Coolermaster Centurion case. It's plug and play basically.

Unless you have mine and they don't line up correctly
Alright, well I just bought 2 hotswap bays to drop into the spare 5.25 bays, it'll be nice to use them in the future as well when I upgrade, and then I won't have to worry as much about damaging or moving the drives out of the case (though it'd be pretty painless if I had spare rails, damnit. oh well).
