All of these taken in Washington, D.C. and the surrounding area on a $3 35mm disposable camera

Second to last was painstakingly sharpened in photoshop
The last few look better.
The last three were taken on a not-$3 not-disposable but-still-35mm camera now that I think about it
Explains a lot. There's not much happening in each pic, kinda boring. The last one is nice though and needs nothing extra

They also need a little more composition/balance
I really like 1,2 & 5
second to last and last look very cool.
love the first one,
reminds me of my favorite GY!BE album.

Sorry, but all of these look like snapshots by someone unexperienced who doesn't know anything about composition.
Never sacrifice composition, and other factors of photography just for the style. It's a big mistake I've seen people do before. I respect the fact you wanted to do something different with cheaper cameras, but the only way you'd actually add up to the value of your photography for this move was if you still took the basics into account.

If you are going to at least do something like this, a good example is like what Tugger mentioned. The photo for the album cover still had the basics of photography, so everything was justified in the end.
