Apart from the terrible name, everything about this game looks pretty awesome so far. [editline]6th June 2012[/editline] That trailer is totally 'inspired' by the Zombieland intro.
your dead characters are soon added to the zombie ranks
This just keeps getting better and better.
Looks very neat, wish it wasn't Wii U exclusive.
To set this aside, I made up a theory based on the gameplay I've seen and the application of the GamePad to make it unique among all the other zombie games out there nowadays. Okay, so basically, in the actual game, you're obviously a survivor of this zombie epidemic, and have somehow survived up until this point, and must continue to survive among the streets of post-apocalyptic London (and possibly it's surrounding environs, I don't know). According to the E3 gameplay demo, I'm going to assume for the time being that for each survivor you wake up when you begin to control them. So basically, you could say that you, as the player, transfer your memories to the next character. But how would that character know where the Bug Out Bag is from the previous one? I'm thinking that in the actual game, your characters' consciousness is actually transferred between survivors, and you wake up with this instinctual knowledge of the BOB. But how is this possible? Well, it's simple. Government conspiracy. No, I'm not joking. What if the zombie apocalypse never happened, and it's actually a contained simulation, where the government (or some shadowy arm of it) is testing human actions in the event of a zombie apocalypse? And they're using clones to do it, obviously because they're more cost effective and can be programmed to know where the Bug Out Bag last was. This may also explain the more sci-fi HUD elements I've seen so far, and maybe even the use of the GamePad, although that would technically remain out-of-game.
this was already posted was it not
The first one was a "Gameplay" trailer that was nothing more than pure CGI this one is... slideshow art

Was pleasantly surprised. I'm glad it's not your typical '500 zombies at once' shooter like most zombie games now are.

Great atmosphere. And if it really is as challenging as the article says it could potentially be a really great title. It's always good to see zombie games that aren't just like every other zombie game. Getting kinda bored of "kill a bazillion zombies" games.
What was up with the ghost?
What was up with the ghost?
Maybe it's supposed to be a hallucination?
What was up with the ghost?
Those were reflections. From what I can see.
Honestly, this game looks rad as hell. I'm extremely psyched for the multiplayer mode they teased, in which one guy uses a gamepad to be the "Zombie Master" and everyone else (using the wii controllers or pro controllers) has to survive. Being able to run into the dead version of yourself, or friends is awesome too.
He meant the ghost at 5:10
Well the game is confirmed to have some supernatural elements. Kotaku's preview spoke of a teleporting zombie nurse.
Looks very neat, wish it wasn't Wii U exclusive.
Ubisoft have stated that a cross-platform release is 'possible'.
