• o2shop one of worst sites to buy a mobile from.

Okay, most of you may know that I've been waiting for my iPhone 4 for a good while. I was looking forward to getting my hands on it since it would of been the first new phone I've had in 4 years. Well, I've discovered today why I was waiting so long. The site I ordered it from cancelled my ordered attempting to say I cancelled it. I spent most of my day arguing with the most arragont, stupid and useless people known to man. I've been a happy customer of o2 for 6 years I would of happily recommended their services to anyone. The only problem I found is that they refuse to be held accountable for their actions. As I named all their flaws over the phone they were trying to avoid the questions saying the must of been a fault on my end. How is that even possible? Everything on my end is either in E-mail or the delivery guy at the fucking door? Everyone knows how to ordered a mobile/smart phone. It simply having the funds to afford it. I did, Give them all the correct deatials of where the delivery needs to be made. I know where I fucking live. Also check offten for what stage your ordered is at. I did this all correctly. I checked my order status once or twice everyday. Pretty much a piss take when you've been waiting 3 weeks for something they were meant to tell me was cancelled ages ago. Now this is the briliant part. O2 told me my order was cancelled on the 28th febuary. I found out the 7th march. It gets better this was the date when I ordered my iPhone 4. Pure stpudity if you ask me. I accessed my E-mail and read through all of them. Nothing about a cancellation They then procceded to make up more bull shit to cover their backs to look all perfect and told me I didn't do a security check that was sent via E-mail which I also didn't recieve. In the end all I wanted was an apology and I didn't even get that. Straight after all this time wasting bull shit I got on the phone and signed up with Virgin mobile. If anyone else has been treated like this by the o2shop, network or had been treated badly with contracts by them please share. I want to know if it was only me that has been treated like this. I've never had any trouble with o2. My HD2 came very quickly after ordering and the customer service has been very helpful all the time. Sounds like you got unlucky.
