So I downloaded like 15 Fallout 3 Mods and got me a Trojan! This is a fun one, opens like 10 different fake Anti-Virus programs, wont let me run any .exe, opens web pages like Porno.com or 1freeipad.com. Fun stuff. I don't wanna reformat, I'll lose too much stuff I need, but I can't do anything to fix it.
Am I out of option?
Go into safe mode and then try and run malawarebytes or something.

Next time don't play Fallout 3, play Fallout 2.

I didn't think of Safe mode. Doing a hard shutdown will bring up the menu right?

Yes.
What.
OH COOL MY PC JUST TRIED TO BOOT FROM THE 300 DVD.
That would've been intense.
Thanks guys. I think I got it now.
You don't have to hard boot to boot up in safe mode, if you have the recovery console, which you should, go to that on startup and boot from safe mode.
Make sure you install MSE or NOD32/Comodo/Avast
You could just back up all your shit and do a reformat, but I suppose it's easier to get rid of it with MBAM and MSE
