Obama, closing out his final presidential trip to Asia, said his meetings with foreign leaders during the trip had illustrated that governing is "serious business" requiring knowledge, preparation and thought-out policies that can actually be implemented. He urged Americans not to allow the "outrageous behavior" seen amid the campaign-season din to become the new normal. "The most important thing for the public and the press is to just listen to what he says and follow up and ask questions to what appear to be either contradictory or uninformed or outright whacky ideas," Obama said.
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
Trump lies more
Trump lies more
While true, this should never become the de-facto argument. "The other guy is worse!" is a horrible defense.
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
Clinton is shady but she's prepared, has advanced knowledge in foreign policy which is essential to getting deals through the door and has actual political experience You're getting more corruption but a leader who actually leads opposed to a buffoon who says the first thing that comes up in his head
While true, this should never become the de-facto argument. "The other guy is worse!" is a horrible defense.
It's a perfectly reasonable argument in a contest that is realistically only between two people, particularly in response to someone interjecting Clinton as an argument.
Yeah let's not kid ourselves, Trump does truly behave and talk like a child. Not surprised it actually works in a place like USA though.
President Barack Obama said Thursday that Republican Donald Trump proves he isn't qualified to be president "every time he speaks," adding that he was confident Americans would ultimately reject the brash billionaire on Election Day.
That a alone is speaking with bias. Using what time he has left as president, to tell people not to vote for a candidate while he endorses the other.
That a alone is speaking with bias. Using what time he has left as president, to tell people not to vote for a candidate while he endorses the other.
The only reason this seems unusual is because Obama is the only president in recent memory to leave office with a positive approval rating. Why wouldn't he endorse the candidate who won his party's primary, the person who served as his secretary of state, while denouncing the opposing candidate who was an actual birther during the 2012 race. Of course he is biased lmao.
Not surprised it actually works in a place like USA though.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves, a lot of countries in Europe are not doing particularly better.
That a alone is speaking with bias. Using what time he has left as president, to tell people not to vote for a candidate while he endorses the other.
Holy shit what a scoop
The only reason this seems unusual is because Obama is the only president in recent memory to leave office with a positive approval rating.
I dont get this attitude. Hillary Clinton isnt considerably more shady than any other, its American Politics.
Blatantly lying her way through the FBI investigation has not helped her reputation. Especially since the FBI would come out and correct her afterwards.
Let's not get ahead of ourselves, a lot of countries in Europe are not doing particularly better.
Europe has clowns yeah, but none have reached trump's level of popularity
Then why make an article on it and post it if there is an obvious bias in his endorsement, and party affilation?
Because it's newsworthy when the President says things.
Europe has clowns yeah, but none have reached trump's level of popularity
How so? Several of them (Orban, Fico, etc) are already PMs and there are a lot of major extremist parties as opposition in other countries.
trump wacky personality is proof that he's actually having micro-seizures... I want proof of his medical records
While true, this should never become the de-facto argument. "The other guy is worse!" is a horrible defense.
It goddamn well should be a valid reply when you're comparing facts about one person to facts about the other. One lies more? Guess which one? Trump. It's a perfectly valid statement.
Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not.
Much like all people
My biggest fear from this election isn't just Trump winning. Trump winning is bad, but Trump normalizing purely sociopathic behaviour from the oval office is terrifying. Seeing a nation look up to a man like Trump, who doesn't rely on anyones opinion but his own, is terrifying. The idea that if he wins, we'll have the ideal role model be a person who's manipulated by such things as "Insulting his hands" and is just a general thin skinned child. That's what the nation will aspire to. If that's what people want to be, and seeing Trumpets be as avid as they are in their support of him, I have no doubt that this could come to pass. It'd be the end of america in the worst/most fitting way imaginable. Brought down by a giant talking orange with a temperament issue.
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
http://www.politifact.com/personalities/hillary-clinton/ http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/ politifact scorecards say it all "b-but politifact is b-biased liberal media!!"
Why wouldn't he endorse the candidate who won his party's primary, the person who served as his secretary of state, while denouncing the opposing candidate who was an actual birther during the 2012 race. The thing Trump says are so off-the-wall crazy that Obama can't help but chime in, and I can't blame him.

Bush at the time was trailing behind Dukakis and that endorsement is considered to be a fairly important event in his campaign. Presidential endorsements are pretty standard historically.
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
as opposed to trump, who very obviously lies nearly every time he speaks
How so? Several of them (Orban, Fico, etc) are already PMs and there are a lot of major extremist parties as opposition in other countries.
I just looked at orban and fico, and one seems like your typical right wing conservative and the other one is your typical social democrat, if you could explain exactly what's up with them it would be great, because I have looked them up and ofund nothing. Orban is even part of the European People's party, and sure, the Spanish People's Party is bad, but it does not seem extreme that is if they are anything to go by. Yes I know there's a resurgence of the far right in Europe, but they have not won any terrain.
Says the same guy who endorses Hillary. Whenever she speaks, you can't tell if she's a fucking lying or not. And I think the rest of the foreign leaders see that too
What else is he supposed to do? Hillary is bad in a lot of ways but still the least of the evils as far as everyone is concerned.
Clinton is shady but she's prepared, has advanced knowledge in foreign policy which is essential to getting deals through the door and has actual political experience You're getting more corruption but a leader who actually leads opposed to a buffoon who says the first thing that comes up in his head
i'd rather have the buffoon.
i'd rather have the buffoon.
Because you actually agree with his views or what?
i'd rather have a random number generator pick US policies over trump
i'd rather have the buffoon.
Why?
