So, this is probably an odd place to ask, but wtf right, I may as well throw it out here. I've never weighed more than 10st, and I'm 24 now. This isn't through lack of eating, which I seem to do all the time, yet it never gets added to my bodyweight. I've been away on holiday for three weeks, eaten rich food and desserts for the entire (not literally) time, and I come back weighing the same, or, in some cases, less. This isn't bad per se, but it means I've never had much musculature, despite the exercise I do, plus I don't drive (too bloody expensive), so I walk or cycle everywhere. I'm fed up of being 6ft and build like a God-damn chicken bone. Any advice on how to not look like a broomstick (beyond waiting 20 years and allowing my metabolism to slow down)?
just wait until u got kids that's when u pack the pounds
I'm not going to pretend to know everything about bodybuilding. But i'm pretty sure eating protein and working out like crazy helps build muscle? Correct me if i'm wrong

Steroids. You may loose one or two testicles. But damn... It worked for me.

I've been stuck on 55 kg for a long time now. I'm already 1.83 m long.
Funnily enough, one of my 'friends' (I call him that because he's more of a guy I know rather than like) used steroids. He also worked out about 5 hours a day and ate about one yogurt a day because anymore than that would make him fat. I think the 'roids went to his brain or something.
