Is this a good deal?
I'm not really that good a building.
Apart from having a godawful case, a not-so reputable motherboard manufacturer and an unspecified (see: explosive shit that'll fry your system in 2 months) power supply unit.
building is cheaper, you get greater choice in parts and you have to be very, very retarded to screew it up ( i built my first at 13)
the only things you have to remember: use motherboard spacers, get advice when picking parts , make sure your RAM is compadible with your CPU/MB (doublecheck) and for the love of god do not use superglue to attach the heatsink.

But i'm scared i'll break it :ohdear:
It's really hard to break anything, really. All parts only fit one way, and if you've ever played with legos during your childhood, then you should have no problem
Just watch a lot of videos beforehand
And don't get scared about static electricity, either. Just make sure you touch metal every once in a while to avoid the 1% chance of actually damaging it.
I had a 256mb ram module that was probably 6 years old just laying on a desk somewhere, and I would always just grab it with my bare hands just to look at it every once in a while on a carpeted floor. When I finally decided to use it, it worked just fine.
Ok so.....
Let say I have $800
And I live in Australia, What could you suggest to be a build?
Good choice.
If nobody else has a build for you within the next 30 minutes, I'll whip up one.
Also, rule #1 of PC building:
"If it doesn't fit, it doesn't go there."
Obey that rule, and you won't break anything.

Android Tablet = iPad copy with more buttons, less apps, but appeals to poor people

Poor isn't the right word, it is for the people who wan't a tablet at an lower and more acceptable price.

No, get an iPad if you want an iPad and an Android Tablet if you want an Android Tablet. Don't go around telling people what they want and don't want. If he can afford it and wants it, let him get it.
