Ahhhh, well better put the popcorn back in the cupboard then.

A bit too far, Westboro.
"Pimpled faced nerds".
Yep just like westboro to resort to childish name calling.

Sue the church for name calling
A bit too far, Westboro.
Oh, so the aggressive belief that homosexuals deserve no rights and are going to burn in hell amongst many other retarded christian extremist bullshit slogans they keep spewing out isn't "too far" by itself?
I'm going to be honest, I wasn't expecting this.
The whole thing seemed fishy because of the "you won't be able to recover, irreversible damage" etc. By attacking their website? That sounds hardly enough to back that claim up.
Also that trying to silence them would contradict the "free speech" they are fighting for.

The thing is, though, Anonymous isn't an organised group. It probably was some anons that did it, but not the "main group" as it were.
It's just a random bunch of anons really. I don't think it's all of 4chan(most of them are properly at 711chan or something), most of the 4channers that come are just volunteers. If they don't want to join, so be it.
Pimped face nerds. So they just people who are called nerds, that have pimples on them. So are westboro advertising pimple cream.

They probably have some organized, unofficial hack groups going on, such as the one that hacked the firm and fucked up their database a lot. But for the most part, the DDos hacks are just when someone in /b/ posts "ddos this website" and anybody who knows how to DDos can join. [sp]Fun fact: It's a stupid idea to join in without a proxy unless you'd like to take the risk of being arrested[/sp]

Well.. A little. :saddowns:
I love how they talk about anonymous as if it's got a collective leader or some shit. This is just a bunch of people on an imageboard having a laugh. I don't even understand how news reports on this shit.
It is impossible to state with any certainty who takes part in any attack; for by nature if the attackers are 'unknown' then they are hence 'anonymous', yet may or may not be part of 'anonymous'.
Ahhhh, well better put the popcorn back in the cupboard then.
All the popcorn in the universe was consumed by the posters in the thread over this "attack".

Anonymous is just a name adopted by any "hacker" for the reason of blaming a phantom.
This whole anonymous thing is getting silly because the reporters have no idea wtf they're talking about.
Call of Duty: Pimple-faced Nerdfare.
Anonymous are still trolling WBC anyway, it's all about WBC responding their threats.
Because Anons Do anything
They fucking make reports as if they had an interview with the fucking leader of anonymous. THERE ISN'T A SINGLE FORM OF LEADERSHIP WHATSOEVER. Where the mighty duck fuck do they get their information from.
[editline]23rd February 2011[/editline]
lol, hacktivists. That's not even a fucking word.
They kind of won against the scientolgy, mostly trolling them anyway. And it just went automatically. So trolling successful.
"Internet activist group Anonymous"
Don't they mean CYBER ANTI-AMERICAN PEDOPHILE TERRORIST?
Cant wait for them to start ddosing fox!

And that's really half their power.

Fun fact: If you DDoS from behind a proxy, you'll hit the proxy, not your target.
