I just built a new PC, and I can't boot my windows 7. I get this message.

Check your boot priority list thingy whatever in your bios. It's likely that the hard drive's not on that list, but detected. Rearrange and it should be fine.
I tried that, I get
"Intel Management System
MS Error"
From all boot devices.
