Hey Facepunch! Have you ever wondered to yourself, "wow, I wish I could hop on Mumble right now"? Well, you're in luck! Introducing, Plumble! Click on the image for the Play Store link. Plumble is a modern, intuitive Mumble app that's available for Android 4.0 devices. I'm sure that if you're on Facepunch, you've no doubt already put some sort of ICS or above ROM on your phone. There are already Mumble apps that are available on the Market, but development for those have come to a standstill, and they're also pretty broken. This fixes them! Anywho, let's get on with the features.
Features: • Voice activation (with customizable threshold) and push-to-talk • Dual-pane of channel and chat with gestures • Drop-down channel selection • Holo UI with a light and dark theme • Jellybean notifications! • Viewing of rich-text comments

Screenshots

PTT and Voice Detection
There are currently two methods of voice input; push-to-talk, and voice activity. I'm sure you'd be familiar with them if you've used Mumble extensively, but it works slightly different here on Android. With push to talk, it's actually toggled and for those that have Jelly Bean, you get this expandable notification in the notification area. There's also voice detection, a brand new feature included in the app. You get to set the threshold you want, and it'll automatically enable voice recording once it's over. Check out the git-hub here. If you missed it, the Play Store link is here. Also, if you have any suggestions or bug reports, let me know through this thread and I'll relay it. You could also email the dev.

Seriously though, Gingerbread still has a high market share in the Android ecosystem, and some of the blame can be placed in the manufacturers being lazy, and the other on carriers being lazy. And a little bit on poor Android owners. [SUP][SUP](like me)[/SUP][/SUP]:suicide:

Most Android devices have custom firmware and usually someone makes 4.X after that.
It works with 2.1+ now.
