So, there's this guy, who by mere coincidence happens to be me. And this guy, he makes comics. And not in Gmod, if you can actually believe that. To quote someone else describing it: "It's about a trio of D&D adventurers and the distinguishing trait of the story is how every roll was actually done by the author and influences the story." faceless characters? how are we supposed to get immersed in this?

Point Man (at least until the third game). Artyom. Isaac Clarke, mostly (in the first game anyway). Jack* and Subject Delta. In HL2, Gordon Freeman's face is only ever seen on the box. So, there's no immersion for any of those. Tough break. * Seen on a picture taken by a security cam about two thirds in, but small and blurry
