• Windows 7 invalid product key?
    5 replies, posted
I bought my computer from ibuypower.com and it came with windows 7 preloaded. On christmas day I started it up and entered my product key that was on a sticker on the side of my pc case. Everything went smoothly, but recently I have been getting alerts that my product key is invalid. What can I do about this? Microsoft only gives me the option to buy a new product key.
Call up Microsoft and get them to reset the key.

I'd bet this is a problem with windows, not iBuyPower
But he bought it from them there shouldn't be anything wrong with it therefore they should fix it.
