I don't know why it's doing this, but it currently at 900kbs and climbing.
I heard it was a memory leak issue with SoundBlaster cards, but I don't have one. I'm using the OnBoard sound. So, I'm not sure what's going one. It's just steadily rising.

The VIA drivers is from Realtek I believe. I want to get StereoMix, so I installed that. The default drivers on Win7 didn't have them.

PC Specs.
Unless it's several tens of MB you can ignore it.
It's gotten up to over 1 gb.
