Good.
I seen that they were releasing with LAN-only with online coming in a couple of weeks and thought that's a terrible idea. Why would you risk retards who don't read buying the game and rating it negatively because they suddenly realise it has no online play?
Glad they're just going to power through it and get online out and release then. Just makes much more sense in my opinion to get a strong launch which is what the game needs if it's going to captivate an audience that might actually stick around for a while.
Does this mean I'll be able to play this even though I'm banned from like almost all source games FROM ONE BAN?

The Ship Remasted is a remake that uses the latest Unity engine, Source bans wont apply to it.

Theyre releasing in Early Access (keep that in mind) with an relay networking system for online play, currently at this very moment it only supports 4 players but they're talking to the guys Unity Technologies to increase the amount of players that can be on the relay system to something higher, as The Ship with 4 players is pretty odd as everything feels empty.
This will be fun to stream, going to have to team up with some people
I really enjoyed this when it was released on the Source Engine, but just a shame the servers were always dead.
Hopefully this time fairs better for the life of the game.
