• Looking for the best Assassin's Creed game to screw around in (besides 3 and 4)

I already have 1, but as you progress through the game the guard presence diminishes. So when you are left with all your upgrades at the end of the game, there's no one to fight. The only other game in the series I own is AC: Brotherhood. But as you capture towers, guard presences diminishes permanently. Not only that but the game world is small and too spread out (half the map is fields). I have rented and played every game in the series. Assassin's Creed 2 looks quite tempting as It has three giant areas to fuck around in and guard presence never lowers permanently. Revelations on the other hand has way more gadgets and weapons. I'm leaning towards Revelations because the guards can take back towers and the city was quite dense and large if I recall correctly. TL;DR Basically my question boils down to this: How big Is Constantinople in comparison to AC2 and also Rome in AC:B? IIRC the guards can take towers back, which makes the guard presence return to its normal saturated status... At the end of the game can you let the guards take back all the towers you took and resaturate constantanoble to the normal amount of shitloads of hapless guards to fuck with (after you've beaten it and gotten all the upgrades)?
I prefer Brotherhood, got it on PS3, it's pretty neat to play on a console.
AC 2 and Brotherhood. Ignore 1 because it was shit
AC 2 and Brotherhood. Ignore 1 because it was shit
The only thing that made the first one bad was just the unskipable cut screens
when I first got one, it was shit. But now when I look at it, its not that bad
You can make soldiers jump into their deaths more comically in Brotherhood that's always a plus
