Hello Facepunch. I am 5 ft and 9 inches tall and I weigh around 160 pounds (chubby) and would like to lose 10 pounds. I did something very boneheaded. I decided that I was going to work on my Biceps/Triceps for about three years and my Pectorals for about one before deciding to do this (I've been this way since three years ago). The main area of fat is around my belly. What would be the best way to get to the goal in the title?
literally any calorie restrictive diet with enough protein
One of the best ways to maintain muscle during weight loss is to keep the intensity at which you work out. Some lift lighter weights during lower levels of calories.

Go on the Protein sparing modified fast, do it for 12 days.
I went through the same thing when I had to start losing weight for wrestling. What you should do is restrict your calorie in take (as mentioned before) along with working out at the same intensity and even going as far as to work out even more than usual. All of this will help greatly, but most importantly you shoudl drink around 16 ounces of water after every meal. Doing this will trick your body into thinking it is more full than it actually is. Plus all that water is great if your on creatine, (as it puts far less stress on your kidneys along with helping your muscles retain more water.
lmao just eat less and eat enough protein
