PC Shut Off Randomly, And Now Half of my Hardware Won't Work

About an hour ago I was playing Killing Floor when suddenly my PC shut off. I turned it back on after about a minute and it wouldn't boot. The fan would spin, then stop, then spin and then stop. That's it, so I shut it off, unplugged everything and reseated what I could. Mainly the hard drive. Now none of my case fans are spinning and the hard drive disk won't spin. The little red light on the front of my case just stays dim and nothing happens. The lights for my case still work, my CPU and video card fans still work, and the front fan still works, but that's it. Any ideas? Is it my hard drive or my power supply?
Nothing to do with your Hard Drive, This might be your PSU.
Or just the motherboard.
Check if the PSU runs fine without components, or without the motherboard, by doing this:

Whenever I have seen this, it has been a flaky PSU. I do not recommend just jumpering your PSU as for a switching power supply to work properly, it needs a load. That is why they make power supply testers. Most of the times the voltages show OK on the flaky PSU except when it randomly decides to shutdown.
