And yet no stars at Dennis Ritchies memorial :(
And yet no stars at Dennis Ritchies memorial :(
I wouldn't have heard about it if I hadn't seen it on Facepunch. You would've thought they could squeeze in an extra page in a newspaper about him, but no, obviously Steve Jobs is a much better person than him, just because he's more famous.

You guys a dumb. Why are you surprised that the death of someone no-one's ever heard of isn't on the news. It's like complaining that there's a news article about a bug in Windows, but there isn't a news article about a bug in a rare brand of linux targeted at people designing sewer systems.

This seems a bit of a waste of an article, the friends also seems redundant since who has their enemies turn up for their memorial.

He should be famous, but isn't.

Uploading textual content requires electricity which we have a limited supply of. Depending on the usefulness of the article, it could of decremented the quantity of electricity we have, and once it runs out, you won't see the news again as the world would be obliterated by war and terror. [editline]17th October 2011[/editline] But only a couple of volts so I doubt it effects much.

I got my iPod touch in 2008 and it still feels brand new to me.
