Oooooh dear.
Jesus. I really hope to god he's okay or this is just some sort of mishap on the police's part
I hope he's safe, sounds like he snapped.

A manic episode? First time i heard that one. Sounds...crazy? I really like Cullen from Inquisition, I hope he can be found and is 100% okay.
psychotic breaks and manic episodes are associated with bipolar I disorder

A friend of mine's best friend occasionally gets manic, she told me once how he one time told himself that he had to go to a meeting in Stockholm that didn't exist, drove to Stockholm by car (it's almost like 200 miles from where we live), and when he got to Stockholm 5 hours later, he finally snapped out of it, also in his underwear only.
Same guy also constantly thinks someone is out to get him and has schizophrenia and shit embedded aswell, now he's being taken care of in a mental care hospital
Manic attacks like these sound crazy as hell and it's astounding what people are pretty much forced to actually believe that is completely irrational when they go into these states

I have BPD as well, and my manic episodes often consist of me believing dreams and whatnot. I don't have delusions otherwise, but I get manic fairly often. One time for an entire day I though I had to fight off Darth Vader after having a dream about the death star.

Obsessive travelling is a really common symptom of mania. I tried walking to calais from Canterbury once when I was younger
I hope he doesn't get killed by the police if he has an episode in public
Shit, I hope they find him and he gets out of this unharmed. Obviously for the sake of his safety foremost, but also because I really liked Cullen.

I would never forgive the police force if they did that.
Dang, he played Ty in the 2nd and 3rd Ty the Tasmanian Tiger games

That sounds pretty terrifying. On the bright side, you'd probably not describe your life as "boring"
Hopefully you're able to appreciate the novelty of these moments to balance out the terror they could bring.
