Kai "Avant" Gardner presents to you his project "Dreamscape" What does it sound like? As said, I label my sound "Progressive Classical" - it's basically heavily classical influenced music (featuring orchestral pieces and choirs from anything to drums and synth, but in a progressive flowing fashioned form). It features the awesomeness of the classical music peroids and carries a nice modern touch. The piano-driven 2nd side to this is arranged more accordingly and flows alot better then the first side, so don't be disappointed for the first one. Influences include? Complex, atmospheric stuff. Big fan of Tangerine Dream, though the album is much more active than it. I take alot of influence from neo-classical guitarists like Paul Gilbert and Timo Tolkki (though no guitar is present in the album IIRC) Why should I listen to this anyways? Because it's fucking awesome, and more importantly - it's free. I hadn't much more to say about this album, so let the music speak for itself Credits: Kai "Avant" Gardner - Composition, Orchestration, Instrumentation, Pretentiousness Thankyou in advance for downloading this album and giving it a listen. It is much appreciated that you have read this and would be even better to acknowledge that you have listened to it if you have.
get a soundcloud or bandcamp page so it can be listened to before downloading mate
get a soundcloud or bandcamp page so it can be listened to before downloading mate
I don't see how you can sample 2 20 minute long songs. [editline]12th July 2011[/editline] In fact I don't see the difference, because either way you're downloading it. The thing is with the zip is that you'll always have it if you want to go back to it.
D'loaded. Will listen tomorrow. Panda you should buy your own synthesizer, you'll love it (not that I've used one)
Panda
Who?
Is this your music or are you just posting someone elses stuff? Someone elses stuff goes in to the music section
Is this your music or are you just posting someone elses stuff? Someone elses stuff goes in to the music section
It's mine, clearly
Holy shit, the second part is more Jazz than classical.
I enjoyed it pal, thanks.
It's mine, clearly
lmao sorry for asking

I like this a lot, thanks for it man, plan on listening to it a lot more. I also may one day play it in Audiosurf, seems like a good song to play in, but it's 20 bloody minutes
Guys need to try this shit on Beat Hazard or Audiosurf
I'm really enjoying this. I really love the changes of theme every once in awhile, it's really cool. It would be awesome if there were more powerful moments. Like more dynamic change rather than always at the same volume. But then again, what do I know? [editline]16th July 2011[/editline] I'm only part way through the first part, so I still need to listen more.
The second half is better imo, but the first is still amazing
Seriously, set up a bandcamp account. The download speeds are better than megaupload, you don't have to wait 40 seconds, and we can preview the track before hand. Also, you can set it up for donations while keeping the album free, so people can donate if they love your music.
