Thought I'd give this a go, a thread for discussing webcomics.
Some ground rules:
-Don't post pages from story driven web comics that might give anything important away. Most people don't appreciate it. Webcomics that don't have any story are ok (XKDC, C&H etc).
-Use spoiler tags appropriately.
-We probably don't need you to post every single new update for every webcomic you read here.
-Try to keep images posted SFW, while Oglaf is funny, may of us don't appreciate it coming up on the screen then needing to explain to family/co-workers why we were looking at it.
-I'll probably add more as issues become apparent.
What I'm reading at the moment:
Gunnerkrigg Court

Written by: Tom Siddell.
Genre: Scifi, Fantasy, Mystery.
Pages: 1150+.
Updated: Religiously on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
About: Gunnerkrigg Court follows the adventures of Antimony Carver as she attends a mysterious school called Gunnerkrigg Court. Much of the plot (so far) revolves around the conflicts between the Court and Gillitie Forest, and the Courts shrouded and dark history, among others things. Tom, the writer, is well known for every single symbol in his comic meaning something so fans sort of rave over them looking for hidden meanings in an attempt to predict what happens next, it's not very successful, though we do regularly find that Tom put something in hinting at what's happening now over 600 pages ago... It's very well planned.
A note for those intending to read it; ignore the not so good artwork at the start, it evolves very quickly in the first 100 pages or so. Compare Page 6, to page 113, to page 1060 (I chose pages that won't spoil anything, so don't worry).

Paranatural

Written by: Zack Morrison.
Genre: Comedy, Fantasy.
Pages: 150 or so.
Updated: Fridays, and as of this week; Mondays.
About: Max, the star of the show, moves to a new town with his father and little sister. However, he soon finds he can see ghosts and ends up joining the (Paranatural) Activity Club with other people who can see ghosts. This annoys the School's newspaper writer who for many years has tried desperately to find out what they do. It hasn't gotten any further than this so far.
Ask me about home

Is that a web comic or something?
Ask me about home
stuck
I'd rather not.
It's gross negligence not to have Penny Arcade in the OP
especially since xkcd is very average and cyanide and happiness is very shitty
My favorite webcomic with continuity is Unsounded, it really does feel original, good writing, character development and great attention to detail. And I'm fucking picky about what I'll read.
(Gonna post this once and not come back because I'm terrified of spoilers and also consider practically any detail to be a spoiler)
I'd rather not.
We've already got a thread for it, maybe put it in the OP if that ends up with a long list of webcomics, and don't discuss it after that.

Well I can't agree with you. I always though Penny Arcade was very average and it would be gross negligence not to include xkcd. C&H is not to everyone's taste, but is is to mine
[editline]9th March 2013[/editline]
I'll have a read of Unsounded, if others can vouch for it I'll add it

Ooh, the artwork is very nice from page one

are you not embarrassed admitting you read those op
the only webcomic that is actually funny is http://goatkcd.com/
Lackadaisy by Tracy J. Butler. This comic kicks incredible amounts of ass.
Lackadaisy is about "a gang of tenacious (if not shady) characters running a St. Louis speakeasy in the era of Prohibition".
Great art, characters, story. Seriously, just read it.

Achewood by Chris Onstad. In a perfect world, all newspapers would have this instead of Garfield or whatever drivel is in there.
What is Achewood about? Well, good question. Google says "A cartoon of modern life as lived by a retarded otter, an alcoholic tiger, and two bears". Although the main characters are arguably Ray Smuckles and Roast Beef.
Critically acclaimed, very abstract character based humour. Some might find it a bit too weird.

No?
Being embarrassed over a webcomic would be pathetic. I'm not that insecure

It makes you sound about 12

All though on hiatus, A Skewed Paradise is an alright comic.
Then you've got Emergency Exit, 2Kinds, and wait...
You forgot Romantically Apocalyptic!? The Captain will not be pleased!

Updated OP with more comics.
If someone wants to write a synopsis with info like I did for Paranatural and Gunnerkrigg on each comic I can add it to the OP with credits
Terminal Lance, great military (USMC) humor.

only person on C&H who's actually funny these days is Rob imo

One of my favourites.
Also Minus and the other comics by the same author:

I did my own like 5 years ago. It's mostly shitty but there's a few I still like.

DOMINIC DEEGAN the greatest comic of our generation. Complete with the greatest epic journey since the Lord Of the Rings(c) and the best justified orc rape in all of the land.
http://www.dominic-deegan.com/
Also the orc is 14 and don't worry, the author did not do some kind of orc years are different from human years.

You might want to mention how it updates once every never. But yeah, it's a pretty interesting read, has a good art style and Mordecai is the best character.
http://www.bearnutscomic.com/
There's also Bear Nuts, which surprisingly is completely SFW and has a cute art style as well (and also it's entertaining as well I guess). Hot diggety!

CLIFFHANGER! You won't rest until you see the full story!

How could anyone miss out SMBC, it's one of the daily comics that still manages to remain fresh.
No http://www.ma3comic.com/?
For shame!
I've not read it properly myself but I hear Axecop is pretty good.
