LOS ANGELES (AP) — A dental technician who says Charlie Sheen punched her in the chest during an office visit is suing the actor for assault and battery. Margarita Palestino filed the lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles seeking unspecified damages from the "Anger Management" star. Her lawsuit accuses Sheen of attacking her during a dental appointment on Sept. 25, including punching her in the chest and grabbing her bra. Los Angeles police said Thursday that they have an active investigation into the incident, but could not release further details. Sheen's publicist Jeff Ballard referred calls Friday to the actor's attorney, Marty Singer, who was not available for comment Friday afternoon. Sheen had an adverse reaction to the combination of nitrous oxide and pain medication he was taking for a shoulder injury and that Sheen knocked over dental instruments, Ballard said Thursday. But other elements of the woman's story were not true, Ballard said.
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/10/03/charlie-sheen-sued-dentist_n_5930438.html

Maybe the Dentist whispered something about a chocolate squirrel?
I punched my dentist once because he did not adequately anesthetize me before drilling and I tried telling him to stop but he wouldn't. That entire incident put me off dentists for good. If he was in a situation kind of similar to that, not sure what's true and what isn't until the details emerge, I can't blame him whether it was a girl or a guy.

It was so bad I threw up and blacked out.

I heard this original story on Thursday, then an update on Friday. This dental tech is the only person saying Sheen did this to her. The dentist himself has not confirmed her story, and in fact fired her after the incident for violating patient privacy.
aw boob punch, not cool man even for charlie sheen
I've never had issues with dentists. 2 molars removed in 30 minutes, didn't even raise my heart rate. Much of the time trouble comes from not stating calm.
cocaine is a hell of a drug
My dentist froze me like 6 or 7 times before drilling and still I felt the most excruciating pain of my life. It was so bad I threw up and blacked out.
I had 4 teeth drilled in one visit I puked my teeth used to be terrible
I've never had a cavity in my life, which is weird because as a kid I had absolutely horrible hygiene The worst thing that happens to me at the dentist is whenever they do those casts of your teeth, those always trigger my gag reflex and every single time they put it in I vomit on them :v:
I've had more cavities than I should, but I've never had much of a problem with dentists.
My dentist froze me like 6 or 7 times before drilling and still I felt the most excruciating pain of my life. It was so bad I threw up and blacked out.
Almost every kind of anesthesia barely works, if at all, on me. Going to the dentist is fuuun. :v:
Almost every kind of anesthesia barely works, if at all, on me. Going to the dentist is fuuun. :v:
I promise you that general anesthesia will work on you.
I had two molars pulled on it took 10 different numbing shots,3 breaks per tooth and an hour to get them out. The poor woman just wasn't as strong as my regular dentist,he pulls them quick. No amount of numbing shots helped and then it had to be sewed up.
I promise you that general anesthesia will work on you.
Yeah, forgot to add "local" before anesthesia. Only been under general once, it worked but it took a bloody while, was out for a long ass time when it decided it finally wanted to work though.

Probably your dentist being a tight-fisted bastard.

Probably your dentist being a tight-fisted bastard.
Teeth pulling is different from drilling a deep cavity. I definitely get what he's saying. Having only one deep cavity in my life, they shot me up with tons of local anesthetics and when they got deep enough in the tooth holy fucking fuck
I brush my teeth really well now because I'm terrified of dentists. My worst experience was actually the smallest. "oh, you just have 2 really small cavities, so we don't have to numb you" fuck
i've only had good experiences with dentists. In fact, my last filling I needed, I didn't feel a goddamn thing. He did such a good job I honestly can't tell you which tooth it was.
Probably because when you're literally getting tooth surgery and a cavity is really deep you will still feel pain no matter how much local anesthesia is used.
Lol I just had some fillings put in a few weeks ago. Dentist was all like "We'll do a bit without anesthesia see how it works out ok?" So she did some, it didnt hurt at all, felt like grinding a rock. Like separate from my body. So I said it's ok, I'll do it without. And what ensued was comparable to torture resist training in special forces
Based on the accounts people have had here, I am glad my dentist uses enough that I cannot feel half my face for a single cavity.
At least you guys deal with one dentist per problem, I had to go through four to get one tooth fixed, and together they did a shitty job. Every dentist I visited suspiciously had a personal problem and couldn't be present for the next appointment.
Probably because when you're literally getting tooth surgery and a cavity is really deep you will still feel pain no matter how much local anesthesia is used.
I can confirm you're so, so fucking wrong. Source: I had 4 root canals done in a single visit in Tijuana, Mexico. I don't think it gets any "deeper" than that.
I guess she needs her payday too.
I promise you that general anesthesia will work on you.
Untrue, I woke up under a general. I literally sat bolt upright, and they held me down because they didn't want me to see but i said I wanted to because it was interesting, so they let me watch them stitch my hand together. Thank god the secondary worked.
I had my first filling not too long ago, it wasn't that bad but the vibrations from the drill felt wrong.
I've never had a cavity in my life, which is weird because as a kid I had absolutely horrible hygiene
Some people just luck out and have really good oral flora. The same people tend to be immune to morning breath while never having to brush. Not sure if it's genetics or what but I'd love to see more research done on this.
