• Any way to hear voice through headset with no delay?

Anyone who's used a closed ear headset probably knows what I mean. Its pretty much impossible for me to hear my own voice properly while wearing my headphones so its hard to speak normally when talking over VOIP. Is there a way to hear my own voice through the headset along with all the other sounds, with no delay to get around this? The listen function in windows doesn't work for this, neither does mumble (what I use for voice) because both have noticable half-second delays which throws everything off when I turn on "listen mode". My only other option is to wear my headphone slightly off my head, and I really really don't want to do that.
the steelseries software has an option for that, but i don't think you can connect other audio devices other than the headsets of steelseries themselves...
You'll be 100% used to it after 1-2 weeks
Not really, I've had this for a while and would really like to find a solution if there is one
well if you really want to hear the stuff in your room why don't you just get a non closed ear headset?
you could get a usb DAC that has a realtime monitoring feature [editline]18th January 2014[/editline] http://www.amazon.com/Behringer-UCA202-Audio-Interface/dp/B000KW2YEI/ref=sr_1_5?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1390079135&sr=1-5&keywords=USB+DAC but it accepts rca, you'd need a rca -> 3.5 for the mic if that would even work
