Hi
Want to share the intricacies of the area surrounding you?
In this thread, feel free to post pic(s) from the area you live in. The pic doesn't necessarily need to be from your courtyard. Please tell the date, country and the city where the pic(s) were taken from, also you can tell the time and the exact location if you feel like doing so.
Also, if you have something negative to say about this thread, keep it to yourself and get lost.

Note: don't get confused by my usage of "parish" word, for i don't mean the churches now. In British-english "parish" also mean's the area surrounding you (i guess), so if you speak American-english... well, just don't get confused, ok
oh, and please ASK before you post anyone's pics to some other pages

Actually in Ireland we do refer to areas, especially areas in the country as a parish.
Well uh... it's made of hill clusters, swamps, a load of forests, a radioactive river(not Chernobyl tier, that'd be insane), some eastern bloc ruins and several industrial complexes. We also get bogs around the town in which I live, but only when it rains in huge amounts.

I just read all of the possible interpretations of Parish and none of them are relevant. Congratulations on posting a useless link.

I live in Oslo, Norway so there's currently lots of snow and cold.
It's a nice place though, cozy downtown area and lots of forest and hills.
