There's this song that I heard at the club but I can't quite find it; it's got a guy with a Jamaican (I think) accent and one distinguishable part is where the music stops and there's this obnoxious cell phone ring, then the music continues and the guy sings "ring me up on my celly" or something. Any ideas of the song name?

Hm, not quite it. The one I heard was much more up-beat and the cell ringtone was much more obnoxious and less frequent.
