Correct me but this is only for those who are Nintendo Creators right? Sort of a sensationalized title because you can still stream while not being a part of that program.

For fuck's sake Nintendo. Gameplay footage should really fall under fair use. Nobody is going to watch a stream and thing "well gee now I don't need to buy the game!", if anything they'd probably buy it [i]because[/i] of the footage. The only time I could ever see a problem is with linear story-focused exploration games, but that's such a small part of the game market that I'd argue it's negligible. It especially doesn't apply to Nintendo's games.
