There was a case here in Finland like this, but even more horrifying. A small girl had been repeatedly abused in this manner, getting hit, choked, all this sort of shit. Her stepmother and father actually locked the girl into a roll during night and one morning she was dead having suffered from extreme heat and asphyxia. Worst part about this was that their neighbors, the girl's teacher and even principal had reported about this but nothing ever happened. Just what the fuck

The wardens aren't going to tell them you beat a kid to death for your safety, so just lie. That's what I'd do; if I was in prison for something particularly nasty.
