Doomsday believer donates entire inheritance to Family Radio
When the world didn't end on May 21, many people who had given up their earthly possessions were left with nothing.
But one believer never lived to see the day. She left nearly her entire estate -- around $300,000 -- to the group behind the failed prediction, leaving some family members out in the cold.
Eileen Heuwetter was shocked to find out that her aunt left the majority of her estate to Family Radio, the group responsible for the doomsday warnings that the world would end on May 21. She and her sister were each left $25,000 from their aunt's estate. The rest is going to Family Radio.
The network of Christian radio stations based in Oakland, Ca., is almost entirely funded by donations. According to IRS filings, the group brought in $18 million in contributions in 2009 alone.
Heuwetter, the executor of the will, knew how much her aunt loved the radio station and admired its leader, Harold Camping, who is viewed as a prophet by many of his followers.

This part makes zero sense. If it's truly a doomsday, what the fuck would the Family Radio guys do with money? It's a goddamn doomsday.

Exactly. Real Christians would have known that no one knows the end of the world. Even Atheists know that. Donating money makes no sense as well.
You can actually make millions with this shit?
Uh..
The world's going to end on this exact day, in 2013.
I'll set up a Paypal so you can send me money.

But these people don't even have a religious backing, they're just spouting their own shit
Oh, wow. How stupid can you get?

I find that Atheists know more about the bible than most Christians, it really is a disgrace when you don't even know what Behtlehem is.
Honestly, just let the crazy doomsday crackpots give all their money away. Its not like they were doing anything important with it anyway.

August 13th is MY birthday!
And now she would be crying for the money back.
The world IS gonna end.
But it's none of OUR concern, because it won't happen in a long time, unless of course we do some major fuck-up.

"Do you believe in God
cos that's what I'm selling
and if you wanna get to heaven
I'll see you right"
Religion: Best money scam ever.
What I'm currently listening to : Betzefer - Doomsday, and I came upon this thread from the main page.

You at least need a convincing story to why the world is going to end, for example "After dedicating my life to studying ancient Egyptian ruins I have determined the world will end on the 2nd of June 2013 by dinosaurs entering the world though a time portal and setting up a communist society"
Surely the court must be able to overturn decisions made my stupid people in a case such as this in which said stupidity is going to effect the family members of the stupid person in question directly and negatively.
I feel real pity for these people.

God didn't want to blow up the wrong planet because of "friday the 13th" bad luck so he'll try later.
