Crematorium fits extra-wide furnace to accommodate for expanding waistlines

The new cremator in West Bromwich, UK, will be around ten inches wider than the standard size and it is hoped will eradicate the embarrassing eventuality of a coffin getting stuck.
Since West Midlands was recently voted the fattest place in the UK, the obesity epidemic weights particularly heavily on local undertakers.

Big deal
i would think of a pun, but it would be a waist of time

Lolamericaisfat.
Surely it would be more efficient to remove the excess fat from the corpse with a meat cleaver instead of wasting time and money building a crematorium with space enough to accommodate the fat bastards.

Alternatively fire them out of a cannon and into a volcano would be a crowdpleaser.

Assuming people had to pay to watch the spectacle, it might make some cash in the process too.

Of course of course stuffs not free.
why don't they just keep the fat corpses frozen, that way they have something they can launch out of their dinosaur naval cannons when germany's air force tries bombing them again
I don't understand this. Just size 'em down with a saw or something, they're dead and going to be burned anyway. Not like they're using that body anymore.

Oh, right. I forgot my question was already answered in another thread.
Because that would be smart.
