I'm soon going to build my own PC, but I don't know anything about the parts and which I should pick, My budget is from 1-1000pounds, people told me you can get a gaming setup for around 600 pounds that could run most of the games with no lag.

Good, build. But you posted the same one twice.
I also wouldnt reccomend an itx build. You get issues with crosstalk and space management.

The Bitfenix Prodigy is actually bigger/similar than a fair amount of mATX cases:

So yeah unless you really need mini-itx (like I did for my tiny PC) then just go with an mATX or even full ATX build.
ITX is really only for situations where it is an active need.
