Hiya. I've been involved in music for about 9 years, playing bass with various bands before moving on to creating more abstract solo compositions. Just thought i'd share a 'retrospective' of my stuff in case anyone might be interested. I've dabbled in all kinds of genres, so hopefully you'll find something you like! Sorry in advance for the long post. ZeroChance/Gaslamp Quarter. My first 'real' band, formed in December 2003 under the name Zero Chance, but changed to Gaslamp Quarter soon after. Lasted until Feb 2007. We were inspired by bands like A Perfect Circle, Tool and Incubus. The Truth About Comets. A spazzy, noisy and jarring metal band in the vein of Botch/Dillinger Escape Plan/Mastodon. Played a lot of shows with some legendary bands like The Locust, Johnny Truant and Rolo Tomassi. Had our CD artwork featured in Rock Sound mag in the UK and had some largely favourable reviews. Split up in 2008. Songs below! A short lived project formed by myself and two friends. Recorded 3 songs and then knocked it on the head! Melodic alternative rock stuff. Someone said it sounded like Alter Bridge, which was nice. Faded Night - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4U-7R6AI-qQ Red Dust Road. I played in this band for about 4 or 5 months before heading out to the States for 3 months, so the guys replaced me. They're a nice little acoustic based pop rock band. Just released their 6 track EP for free, which I played all the bass on. Stylites. My solo stuff. It's basically just generic post-rock music in the vein of God Is An Astronaut, but i love doing it and it's fun! Listening to Grace after Midnight, it sounds really good. Keep posting post-rock stuff! Edit: Just listened to Faded Night, very impressive!

Oh shit, Grace After Midnight is really good.
Really like the vocals on Faded Night
Thank you for listening! Here's another one of those Tidelines songs... http://soundcloud.com/ryan-collier-composer/lifetime-by-tidelines
Stylites sounds pretty good. Keep it up, man.
Thanks, that's kind of you. I'm hoping to record some more Stylites material soon, getting some friends together to help with the things i'm incapable of doing (Real drums wouldn't go amiss on the songs, that's for sure...)
