Why would you get an ATI and nVidia card in the same computer? Driver issues ahoy!
Why would you have a GTS 250 and a 6850 in the same computer? and that motherboard doesn't support more than 1 PCIe x16 graphics card, you could buy a pci/pcie x1 card if you wanted it just for more monitors.

Driver issues ahoy![/QUOTE] I don't know about other combinations, but i have a Ati HD4870X2 and a Nvidia GeForce 7300LE getting along just fine, with their native drivers. With the Ati one connected to my main display, and the 7300LE connected to my 2 extra monitors. On Windows 7 ofcourse. it's impossible under Vista, but it should also be possible under Windows Xp
