-snip- sorry guys, I'll do better next time
Oh cool
You may as well have taken a picture of a dim lightbulb in a closet.
Umm not really enough there to be enjoyable.
Needs more lightning.

It's pitch black dark outside.

Also is this some kind of joke?
I don't see it.
It's that orange glow in the center of the picture. I'm not very good at taking them yet but I just thought it was worth the share.
not really imo. Get a better shot next time, actually capture the lightning.
Nice tip, thanks.
Nice tip, thanks.
I tried. Well in a way. Not really.
Talented. But set your exposure time up.
You might want to get something better than a Kodak point and shoot if you're going to be taking pictures of lightning.
Head down to the shore when you hear about storms brewing over the ocean. Nothing more amazing than oceanic lightning strikes. Also invest in a camera with a really fast shutter speed (I've never done weather photography so don't quote me on that last bit)
I sat outside for hours trying to get a picture of lightning, it was hard as fuck, i feel this guys satisfaction

i would show you all my first drawing but mum wont let me take it off the fridge...
You might want to get something better than a Kodak point and shoot if you're going to be taking pictures of lightning.
What would you suggest. I WILL however be getting a tri-pod Also what's exposure time?
What would you suggest. I WILL however be getting a tri-pod Also what's exposure time?
It's the time the shutter is open. Or something...
I would also set it to continuous shooting mode or w/e The one where it constantly takes pictures every half a second or so until you tell it to stop.
What would you suggest. I WILL however be getting a tri-pod Also what's exposure time?
how long the shutter is open, exposing film / a CCD to the light entering the lens
