In all seriousness, this is pretty crappy play on Valve's part.
In cases like this it really shows Valve's negative sides of having a flat management structure, where people decide by themselves on what they work on.
Their Steam team is already relatively small and sometimes there is just human laziness that comes across. Hopefully they fix it fast though.

I'm Czech and I have this weird situation possibly caused by my own actions.
This was done after release of the game. I bought an Uplay version of the game which I had trouble running and couldn't add to Steam (it was an Uplay version after all). After several attempts to fix it I bought the game again on Steam and it runs no problem. I have it in my library. But what's weird is that it doesn't show up on my Steam profile and screenshots I take are set as Hidden on default.
