Just trying to figure out what soda won't diagnose me with diabetes or kill me because I drink tons of soda
Keep to coffee and can the soda :)
Best thing to do is to cut down full stop, and just start drinking more water and such.
Juices are full of sugar, but a glass of cranberry juice or the like is great for you.
I stopped drinking carbonated drinks regularly years ago, and I feel much better for it. They're nice on occasion, but drinking them regularly just makes them feel mundane and dull, not to mention a bit bloated.
I probably drink a litre of tea a day, along with 1.5 - 2 litres of water and a glass of cranberry juice or whatnot. Might treat myself to a glass of coke or lemonade.
Coffee over soda anyday
I have a problem of drinking a 1.5 litre bottle of cola everyday at work because I hate coffee. I've been doing this for 2 years now.
You can't be serious.
I am and I hate it, it's the only unhealthy thing I do. At home I am drinking water and normal things tho.
If you drink a lot of soda, either stop, or have some variety in it.
I know a lot of people here in Norway that has gotten an addiction to coca-cola, and it's really weird to see. Good thing for some is that soda water with a tiny bit of taste can replace the coke. It's worth a try. A friend of a friend allegedly drank a couple of liters of coke every day before he switched over to soda water.
And yeah, I know it doesn't count up towards caffeine, so try finding some way you can get coffee into your systems. For those who have a coffee bar close to them, it could be worth trying to find a specialty that doesn't give you diabetes but still tastes good.
I am thinking of reducing it now, maybe I buy something else instead of cola and just drink cola on the weekends or something... 2 years is to much.

Can you suggest me something? Soda with taste is kinda tasty but they haven't got any of those in the shop I buy my stuff at the morning. Ice-tea isn't a good option too I guess...
Maybe tea or water?
It's really hard for me to go and buy water at the store, I have no problems drinking filtered water at home (which I do always when I am home) but going into the store and knowing I will sit in my lonely office with only water is kinda hard :v: winter comes so that means I will probably only drink tea tho.
I won't be buying cola anymore next week fuck this.

Well, the coca cola company got some products themselves, but the name of it varies from country to country, just like some other sodas. In Norway, we got BonAqua, and other norwegian brands.
I just checked a german news article, and at least I can see Active 02

It can be a bit expensive, but that's probably just Norway because it's only available at certain locations, and everything here is expensive anyway. At least it's really good, and has lots of flavor and good taste.
It's more of a sports drink, actually.
Ooh, better picture here
I have been trying to cut back on drinking pop. A 1 liter would last me almost the entire day, but sometimes I would drink a little more than that. I've been trying to reduce that, especially to save some money on something other than pop.
i think coffee tastes terrible and cola is pretty bad for your health
All soda is bad for you, don't drink it.

While soda can be bad for you if you drink it excessively, it's not going to kill you if you drink it occasionally.
You could start buying gourmet soda, with the extra costs you'll end up drinking alot less. Plus better drinks.
I can't stand coffee. Maybe because I'm a young dude and black coffee tastes like water with a shitty aftertaste, and when I put creamer in it tastes like gloriousnus with a shitty aftertaste. Not to mention, coffee can get just as suggery and as caffeinated as some of the more average soda like coke.
both coffee and soda are bad for your body but they won't have any effect if you have self control. don't have three coffees or sodas every day and brush your teeth. keep a decent diet on top of that and you're set
I dunno man. Most soda drinks, especially highly carbonated ones like Coke and Pepsi, leave me with horrible stomach irritation.
carbonated drinks alone have zero effect on the body. you think sparkled water is worse for you than regular?

Your age doesn't really have much to do with liking or disliking coffee. I drank coffee from a very young age, with no milk or sugar because we couldnt afford better. I now like my coffee just plain though with nothing on it and I actually dislike it any other way. Id say its an acquired taste if anything, it's like alcohol.
everything is bad so just drink whatever you want
Lots of caffeine AND sugar because I don't care
Also I work out so...
