Underrated Gems that you could recommend to other people V2. "No title Edition"

So basically just like the previous versions discuss underrated video games that are actually really good.
My contribution is, the Brothers in arms series, I Mean fantastic story, game-play and graphics. But still is not as well know as something like COD Even though it is much superior.

Yet is hard as hell to get it working on anything higher than Win 98

Oh man, it's such a great game. Awesome story, fun gameplay, and immensely entertaining.
Rigs of Rods

Just because it's Disney, doesn't mean it's crap. It is actually a pretty decent sidescroller, it's generally easy, but if you aim to 100% I shit you not...prepare to rage.
[sp]The only prerequisite you need is a basic knowledge of the series and being able to stand it. I did watch the series back its premiere on 2002, didn't get pass the first season.[/sp]

I love you for this. I honestly loved this game. I bought it when it came out and I still have it. I've beaten it about 3 times and occasionally start it up still.
And my own contribution:

God Hand
Pretty much forgotten in existence for most people that play 7th gen games.

I own that game, it's fucking awesome.
I feel that "Prey" is a greatly overlooked game. I loved the weapons and environments in this game....especially the anti-gravitational walkways.

Sci-fi thriller/action game in the style of the old Prince of Persia games.
It has everything you could possibly want from a sci-fi work - space travel, corrupt cops and corporations, cyborgs, mutants, memory erasing and some other stuff which I won't mention as it'll spoil the plot. The atmosphere is the best I have ever experienced in a video game.
Was for Amiga/Genesis/SNES/PC/some other formats as well, from 1992. Notable for its rotoscoped animation, beautiful hand-drawn backgrounds and vector animated cutscenes.
Definitely worth playing today.
Space station 13. It is a gem, but it's uncut. It's not playable for everyone.

Too bad George Lucas shut down SWBF III, a few months before release; they already had teaser trailers and everything

Your fault.
I haven't seen the first thread so correct me if this was posted already, but The Void. I suck at it but it's certainly unique.
First few minutes, video isn't too interesting but should give you a basic idea.

Everyone should have it
Dark Sphere
I loved that game
I don't think George Lucas is in charge of Lucas Arts. Also, they didn't cancel it. Pandemic got bankrupt and went out of business. There is a company called Spark, and it has been said that they might help develope Star Wars Battlefront III.
I was told he shut it down before the company failed, but I hope that that other company does complete it.
I came to this thread thinking facepunch finally had posted something about my gem collection/jewellery making hobby, but i was clearly mistaken.
[thumb]http://image.com.com/gamespot/images/bigboxshots/7/561607_28571_front.jpg[/thumb] DO NOT GET THIS FOR THE PC, the graphics.......I don't even know why they are so shitty compared to the PS2, but yeah. Thankfully this runs on the PS3 and i still play it from time to time.
Not exactly underrated, but my god Bastion. Needs to be played more. Fantastic art direction, unique concepts in the narrative style, a lot of emotional weight in such simple ideas.

This is probably one of the most unique games I have ever played.
Dude, this game was designed for the PC. You have probably never played it.
I have actually. I'm pretty much exclusively a PC gamer, you don't need to be such a prick. The simple fact is that on the PS, somehow, the graphics are much, much better, the PC version doesn't even come close.
Brutal Legend.
I loved everything about that game, from the story to Jack Black to the music. Especially the story.
