This is just all the rage nowadays isn't it?
Unsure about it however, always am with these kinds of things.
Will wait and see what the first DLC will be.
would you be happy paying $30 in advance, sight unseen, for $40's worth of DLC for the sequel?
Judging by the DLC for the original Borderlands, I most certainly would be.
I don't know, Saints Row: the third burned me on the concept.
Oh boy another game that features a "Season Pass" to get DLC cheaper than original price because you already paid part of it in advance.
So now games cost $89.99.
DLC is getting ridiculous.
I'd rather pay individually, I enjoyed the DLC for the original with the exception of the Moxxi Underdome Riot. It was extremely boring, and pretty much sold on images of Moxxi's boobs.
I enjoyed pretty much all the DLC in the first Borderlands, but might wait until they preview some of the first DLC content before getting this
I'm getting pretty sick of this DLC fad that game companies are in.
I'm just hoping there's enough content in the base game.
A fresh new Borderlands 1 game can last me ~18 hours on the first playthrough.

It does scare me considering they are already making the dlc of the game....
I'll just wait for a Steam sale on the DLCs thank you
Might as well wait for a GOTY edition.
-Okay, nevermind.-
I'm really looking forward to the GOTY edition
It does scare me considering they are already making the dlc of the game....
You know that production on the game is completed, right? Most games are finished at least a month to a month-and-a-half in advance of their release date. So that's why you actually see things like DLC before the game even comes out, because they aren't going to stop working to wait for its release.
If the game will come out good and my friends will be playing it, I probably will buy the season pass.Maybe yes, maybe not.
Borderlands actually had proper DLC, not just shitty weapon packs or new armor. I don't mind paying for that.
This day 1 dlc bullshit is getting out of hand

Except now it's "pay on day1 and recieve all of it later, and lol poor other people who didn't buy premium have to pay full price"
When did gaming become some sort of exclusive fucking clubhouse
Borderlands DLC was actually great and substantial so I'm okay with this.
So you buy the £150 collectors edition and still don't get the season pass? Lol fuck off.
I'm so hyped about that game,I will so wait for the GoTY!:quagmire:

There isn't a £150 collectors edition.

He's talking about the loot chest (which is like £100 IIRC)
Definitely getting Borderlands 2, not sure on the DLC though. Borderlands 1 had an even mix of good and bad DLC.
Definitely getting Borderlands 2, not sure on the DLC though. Borderlands 1 had an even mix of good and bad DLC.
Underdome was really the only bad one. It was a dull and stupid grindfest.

So how much was your super awesome gaming PC that everyone can afford?
So how much was your super awesome gaming PC that everyone can afford?
I have a laptop that can run pretty much every game on medium settings with ~40FPS and it cost me $350
affordability is becoming less of a problem nowadays
