• Adding static to a huge amount of audio files

I'm trying to make a mod for Insurgency to change the voices, and while I've done most of it, I need to fix up some of the radio voices. Since the original files are not spoken over a radio, I need to add static to over 800 files, so editing files one by one isn't really much of an option, and batch editing is pretty much a necessity I'm trying to get these files to this sort of thing (1:30) could anyone help me with this?
Have you not tried googling "batch audio editing"? Audacity does this: http://www.howtogeek.com/57571/how-to-quickly-edit-multiple-files-in-audacity/ You'll probably want to add noise, then reduce the sample rate and/or apply equalisation to make your sample sound like a walkie-talkie. Needless to say, play around with one file before applying your effects to all.

I can hook you up, add me on steam.
SoX is pretty much the standard batch audio editing tool - like imagemagick for sound One of its filters will likely do what you need: http://sox.sourceforge.net/Docs/Features
