When you're ingame, and there's a cutscene showing enemies, but it doesn't let you do anything. (naval mission in AC3 did this very well)

Smoking, especially during a meal.
When people dont clean the toilet after a shit. (my brother does this all the fucking time, it's gross)
When people play their own music, but they put it on speaker instead of headphones.
