Not really
Unlike women, men don't have a continually warm, moist hole in them that they masturbate with (not counting anus as this is a fleshlight), so it'd be very hard to contract an infection of this nature. Also, there's no sugars on your dick or in the fleshlight, so the yeast would have nothing to eat.
