is this the 1.3 update or something to tide us over?
They make it seem like we have never had Christmas updates before. :v:
It's crazy to me how this is still getting updates that introduce actual content, seems to me that this is the most complete game between this, starbound and minecraft.

It looks like it might be a console/portable version specific update. Above and beyond how PC is not mentioned at all, the linked post pretty much says its console only.
