I am currently using a HD 6870, any suggestions for a budget consisting of 200 dollars? I would prefer not to spend more than that. Would a GTX 560 ti be a significant upgrade?

AMD will present Radeon HD 9000 Hawaii in Semptember and release it most likely in October, there are some leaks of supposed Radeon HD 9970 and that it scores higher than GTX Titan by 1 to 3%.
