The Hindu-Muslim conflict is so silly. It honestly doesn't make any sense, other than the possibility that it's because Islam is a monotheism, whereas Hinduism encompasses several gods. In my personal opinion, Hinduism makes more sense, since multiple deities that each specialise in different aspects of reality form a better working environment than a single god working as a jack-of-all-the-cosmos. Even though I don't believe in any religion, polytheism seems much more functional on a cosmic scale. Regardless of that, it's still a foolish conflict, especially since it's a conflict of ideas and ideals. I hate those kinda conflicts, it's not even about anything one can physically acquire, it's just about different opinions, nothing remotely material about it.
