Okay, I currently have a E7200 Oced to 2.6ghz (Motherboard can't alter voltages, DAMMIT) and a PNY GTX 260 core 216. My Core 2 duo has trouble keeping up with it so I need a new processor to keep on gaming. I have a LGA 775 P5QPL-AM (I think it is discontinued, it is mATX) My budget is at most $200 CAD and preferably 140-180. I habe to sell my old graphics card and my current processor to do this.
Here are the full specs:
775 P5QPL-AM Mobo with 1333 FSB
2 DDR2 sticks with total of 3 gigs of RAM at 800 mhz
GTX 260 Core 216 PNY Overclocked to 701/1511/1202
Windows 7 32 bit Ultimate
Corsair HX 620W Modular Power Supply w/ Triple +12V Each at 18amps
250gb Western Digital 7200rpm SATA
Which processor would you recommend? I don't plan on OCing it at all, but I may do a tiny bit because of my limits.
If this is not a big enough budget, I can try to get more money for this.

But if you have the money I would get this.

Also, how much do you guys think a E7200 would sell for? It is a year old.

I looked it up on ebay.ca, and I could probably get $100 plus. So far that quad is number one on my list.
