New build problem. PLEASE HELP

I just put together my new build, and on my mobo, I have an easy OC switch(MSI).

I turned off my new PC and positioned the switches for a 10% OC, I tried booting up the system, and all the fans in the case came on, except I got no signal from my video card or something, cause nothing would appear on my screen.

I put the switches back in default mode, but still the screen wouldn't show me anything.

Please help!

What could be the problem all the fans are spinning for the CPU, and the GPU.

Thankfully, I kept re-trying, and it finally turned on, except now I'm getting the error message: this is not a bootable disk, please insert a bootable floppy and try again.

Windows finally boots up, I think this might have had something to do with my Flash drive, because as soon as I took it out, windows booted up.

Huh...
