Not surprising. Over the top marketing is a sure sign of a mediocre game.
Dust514, COD, BF3, Daikatana, this, ect.

To be honest they deserve it, they market this as esports, yet they give one of the pro teams early access to the patch notes, and tweak units in their favour.
