• Dieting site?

Hey, I remember a while back someone posted a dieting site, where you could keep track of the your calorie intake and add your daily exercises etc... Anyone have an idea of what the site was called? As we're on the subject of dieting/weight loss: Does anyone have good tip for losing gut fat? I do approx 300 Star jumps and 100 sit ups per day. Anything else I could add to this?
Don't eat bad food. Yogurt/fruit for lunch. Go to the gym and actually use some cardio equipment such as the bike or treadmill. Weigh yourself weekly to keep motivation. Lost me 70 lbs. [editline]9th May 2011[/editline] WHOA WHEN THE HELL DID POSTS GET RESET WTFFFFFF

Because there isn't a gym nearby
